AOCR 2022 & KCR 2022

It is required that oral abstract presenting authors who attend the AOCR 2022 & KCR 2022 in person prepare their presentation file in Powerpoint Presentation(PPT) format including texts, images, and video files, etc.

The prepared file will need to be submitted to the Preview Room on the day of the presentation. Please note that presentation slides should be prepared in English.

Please prepare a PPT consisting of multiple slides in 16:9 ratio landscape orientation. You may use a template that can be downloaded through the button below.

Presentation File Format

File format : MS-PowerPoint (MS Office 2010, 2013, 2016)
Screen ratio : 16:9
Font style : Default font provided by MS Office (other fonts may not appear properly)
Submission method : Submit your presentation slides to the Preview Room on the day of your presentation (at least 2 hours before your presentation starts).
File Name : “Abstract Submission number_First name, Last name(presenter)” (eg. SS-2022-1234_Sue Cho)

How to Submit

Please visit the Preview Room to check your presentation file(s) at least 2 hours before your session starts to ensure your presentation file(s) appear(s) properly. A technician will be ready to assist you with checking your presentation file(s). For those who have presentations in the morning on September 20 (Tue) – 24 (Sat), please visit the Preview Room at least 1 hour before the session begins.
If your file(s) contain(s) video, be sure to check that it is working properly on the PC prepared in the Preview Room 3 hours prior to the presentation.
All presentation file(s) will be stored on a network server and will be accessible from the PC in each session room where the presentation will be held 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.

Preview Room

Date & Time : September 20 (Tue) – September 24 (Sat), 07:00–18:00
Place : Grand Ballroom Foyer, 1F, Coex

Equipment

Session rooms will be equipped with a computer, projector, and microphone.
The podium will be equipped with a monitor, microphone, mouse, timer, and tablet PC.
We recommend that you DO NOT use your own laptop computer (Apple Macintosh) for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.

Before Your Presentation

Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins and seat yourself in a Reserved Seat in the first row.
You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.
